Mike Ewasyshyn

Michael L. Ewasyshyn is a 30-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. During his career, he has held senior management roles with equipment suppliers, operating companies and consulting organizations.

He has had extensive experience on both the network side and the back office side of the business. On the network side of the business, he has been involved in wireline, wireless, signaling, data and network management aspects of telecommunications. On the back office side of the business, he has extensive experience in billing, provisioning, CRM and mediation. His experience base is both domestic and international.

Mike enjoyed a 20 year career with Nortel located in the Research Triangle Park, NC facility. He last served as Director, Software Marketing, DMS-100. His responsibilities included DMS-100 software rollout strategies, revenue enhancement and software up-sell programs. During his 5 years in Europe, he was responsible for all aspects of the marketing of Nortel's switching products (wireline and wireless) to the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. Mike also held positions with Lucent Technologies.

Mike has 7 years of consulting experience with Rendall & Associates (now Gartner Consulting), The Management Network Group, Inc. (TMNG), Paladyne, and Haigler-Baiglee. He formed his own consulting company, EWEE's, Inc, in 1995 and before becoming one of the founding partners of TSS Partners in 2002.

Education includes BS and MA degrees from Wayne State University and a MBA from the University of Michigan.

Products:

Created "Telco BusPlanTool", a comprehensive business-planning tool that assists telcos in developing detailed business plans. Modules include Service Planning, Capital Budgeting, Network Planning and Resource Planning. The tool, which is input driven, provides a complete set of financials as output, and has built in sensitivity analysis as part of the Key Financial Indicators.
